Physical Therapists (PT)

Provide skilled mobility, strength, balance, gait, transfer training, post-acute, and fall-prevention care across our Michigan senior living partner communities. You will deliver evidence-based PT interventions on-site, collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, and document outcomes using our integrated reporting system.
